The Metropolitan Police officer who fatally shot gang-affiliated drill rapper Chris Kaba will face a misconduct hearing, despite being cleared of murder in a criminal trial last year. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) confirmed today that Sergeant Martyn Blake still has a case to answer for gross misconduct in relation to his use of force.
