A former Durham Constabulary officer is facing a misconduct hearing over allegations he wiggled his hips in a sexually suggestive way while discussing an ‘elephant’s trunk’ with a female colleague. Lloyd Codling is also accused of telling her ‘I’m a giver’ in a separate alleged incident at the end of his shift.
