A former British soldier who worked as an NHS X-ray technician has admitted to raising funds and supplying military equipment to the Taliban, a court has heard. Muhammed Choudhary, 41, from Ilford, east London, reportedly purchased thermal imaging rifle scopes and sent them to Pakistan, where they were intended for use by Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.
