A police officer has appeared in court accused of smashing three Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras with a hammer while on duty. Sunil Parmer, 47, allegedly caused nearly £6,000 worth of damage to the camera lenses outside Hendon train station on 13 March 2024.
